Yes, I still have a lot of trouble sleeping. Not so much falling asleep but staying asleep after 4 or 5 hrs. I've found that taking a Vitamin-B complex vitamin every day helps a lot. Also, try taking Magnesium supplements for a while, up to 1000 mg a day. 775 mg a day worked for me and I am seeing how well I sleep without them right now and having all right sleep for me, like 7 hrs a night at the moment. Both of these can be found at Albertson's or a health food store.
