Some people have a high resistance to sleep products. I am a die hard insomniac. I've tried Tylenol PM, Benadryl, Tension Tamer Tea, etc. and at least four doctor's prescriptions. They either don't work at all, or I catch an hour's sleep and that's it. I'm more wide awake then before taking the sleeping product. Ater so many years of not sleeping, my mind and body are in the habit of not sleeping, and I don't think they can be changed.
