I agree totally with you re. antidepressants. That's one of the last things I would have thought for insomnia, and luckily I stumbled onto them quite by accident. They work great.
My only concern (or question) is what if any effect antidepressants might have on someone who is not depressed?! As for me, I wish I had known about Elavil years ago. It is terrific.
