Has anyone joined ???

Someone (on 'this' site) posted the site shown below as a good place for 'insomniacs'. It claims to be some sort of community/chat room for insomniacs.

But then I read the "terms of service" agreement, and it seemed like I was committing myself to join the Foreign Legion.

Has anyone 'joined-up' for the above mentioned "insomnia community"....and do you have any regrets about doing-so ? (such as being bombarded by advertisements, etc,).
