Every night, I would feel like I had not slept at all, while my roommate will say that I was sleeping all those time. The best sleep I get is on those nights that I have really vivid dreams and I had these dreams as often as four to five nights per week. The rest of the week would be such light sleep that feel like no sleep at all.I hope someone can help me find a sleep specialist who can treat this. thank you
