I'm taking 100 m.g. I was, as I said, taking Temazapam and my doctor suggested that for a couple of nights I take a 15mg Temazapam with a 50mg Trazadone. I did that for two nights and it was somewhat OK but last night I took only 100 mg of Trazadone which resulted in only about 4 hours of sleep. Roger, thank you for responding.
