Posted by keith on December 07, 1999 at 19:49:44:I have been an eposodic insomniac for as long as I can remember, and as I age, it is getting worse. The doctor gave me some Imovane which works okay, but leaves me with a headache and groggy the next day. Valerian root, melatonin, St. John's Wort-all have had little or no effect.
Has anyone had success either with hypnosis or acupuncture?
