i have a strange sleeping problem. when i am in my own apartment, in my own bed alone, i sleep without a problem...through the entire night, not waking up once. but when i am at my fiance's apartment spending the night, i can't sleep at all...i wake up on average 5 times night, and am very tired and sluggish the next day. my theory is that i do not have enough room to 'spread out', as i normally do when i'm alone in my bed. this happens to me on family vacations as well, when there are not enough beds in the hotels for each of us in my family, so my mother and i would share a bed. does anyone have this crazy sleeping problem, and what can i take for it? thank you so much!
