wife who cant sleep through the night HELP PLEASE!

My wife can fall asleep easily at bed-time but wakes in the
middle of the night and cannot fall back to sleep until an
hour or 30min. before she has to wake up for work. I am
searching for an inexpensive natural sleep aid to help her
get a full night sleep. I was told that a tea called "bed
time story tea" was good does anyone know anything about that? If you have any ideas or solutions please respond.
