That's great news. I also got my life back, but did it via a mild dose of an antidepressant (elavil).

Non-addicting to boot. Perhaps you were lucky in getting a good doctor. I just didn't have the time nor money nor patience required to hopefully find someone of the caliber you found.

I don't have the slightest regret that I'm popping a 50mg pill at night. It works, I wake up feeling great, no hangover, and my only regret is that I didn't stumble on this sooner.

I'm not so sure I would agree with your views on drugs. For some people, they can be lifesavers. I suppose I could cut back or eliminate altogether my need for hypertension meds via diet and exercise, but I'm grateful I have them. My grandparents were not as lucky, both having died unnecessarily young because of uncontrolled high blood pressure.
