You're probably thinking of Sleepy Time tea. It's made by Celestial Seasonings. Available in any grocery store.
If it doesn't work, you might ask Dr for a prescription for Sonata. You can take it in middle of night and because it has a short half-life, doesn't cause hangover problems in the morning.
