Like perhaps many people reading this, my insomnia is psychological. The vicious circle of high anxiety when going to bed and I just cannot break the hold. Have tried cogn.therapy, homeophathy, cd's, sleeping tablets, accupunture but nothing has had a lasting effect. Am contemplating hypnotherapy, the hypnotist I spoke to on the phone said that curing insomnia is easy... so why am I sceptical. Any advise?
