I tried all the things you did do. The accupuncturist's advice was the best...not the sessions so much as all his advice on getting a proper sleep routine going.
I tried one session of hypnotherapy, it was quite expensive or I would have gone back. I bought a hynosis CD instead but it is not quite the same. One session never helped me. I think it is one of those things that if you can just relax and let it happen and believe in it then it will work. Try not to be anxious. I had too much anxiety. Maybe try to take a friend for support and so you are not so nervous if going to a place you are not familiar with. I asked my doctor about this and she said the results are just temporary. I am interested in knowing the results if you do this. Good luck!
