Does it have pseudoephredrine? There are many effects of pseudoephredrine on adrenalin: increased heart rate, pulse pressure, blood pressure, bronchodilitation, and constriction of the nasal mucous membranes to name a few. If you are sensitive to it, it will not help you sleep. Try just plain benadryl or any OTC sleeping pill with diphenhydramine HCI...just the one ingredient, causes drowsiness in some people.
