Hi guys
Thanks for your feedback, it's good for me to hear from people in the same boat... as I feel like everyone I know sleeps like a baby.
I read a note earlier from someone that mentioned 'changing dysfunctional thoughts' obviously this relates to the anxiety issue and changing the mindset. Is this something that you can teach yourself or is professional help required. If professional help is required, where do you start...?
