I think you're right about the importance of listening to yourself, and to others who've been through insomnia. From my experience dealing with doctors and from reading books on sleep, there is such wide-ranging opinion, especially on the subject of sleeping pills. I'm totally confused. What's the feeling out there from fellow insomniacs? -- Is chemical sleep better than no sleep?
