Thanks Cairo, you hit the nail on the head, adjusting to handling everything by myself instead of sharing with a partner has caused a lot of aniety, which probably explains why this medication works so well for me. A friend who lost her husband 15 years ago told me that the first 3 years are he hardest. I'm going to give it another year before I try to get medical help. I really hate doctors and medicines.
