Posted by moonatic on October 17, 2006 at 08:16:14:I've been waking up at this time a lot recently and can't get myself back to sleep. I have a few tricks that have worked before but none of them having been "working." I'm discouraged b/c I went up on my doxepin dose and thought that might do the trick. In a very negative place right now, wondering if there's an end in sight with all of this. Guess I need my weekly dose of encouragement. Thanks.
