Metedication can be dangerous whether you it from a doctor or not. My anxiety has to do with things that I can't do very well.....yet, like,for instance, driving a car in a big city and keeping viruses out of my computer. If you know a therapist or a social worker who can teach me how to wipe my computer clean and re-install everything, let me know!
I don't mean to be flippant, and I'm really grateful to you because you made the connection for me, but I've had to adjust an entirely new way of life, which except for the insomnia, I'm getting on with pretty well.
