Well, you might find a therapist who is an IT specialist as well, who knows. You can definitely find one who can support you through a difficult time and help you with managing your anxiety, if you are so inclined to accept the help.

I'm not sure why you are so negative about medical/mental health professionals, but obviously it's your choice. Taking someone else's prescription is not only dangerous (a doctor would know if you have other conditions or medications that might interact with the clonazepam) but illegal.
