That's great advice. If I have a plan to not make any changes for
a certain amount of time, that will take a lot of the guessing (and
thus anxiety) out for me. I'm going to do it. I don't see my NP
who prescribes the medication for another few months anyway (I
can call her in between, but I won't).

I have gotten to the point where I don't worry about my job
performance anymore. I have lived through enough sleep
deprivation that I know I can function pretty close to normal at
work. I guess my existing fears are mood-related (I don't want
to feel like crap all day, etc...).

I can't believe how amazingly easy it is to fall off track. It still
seems so precarious right now.
