I agree with you. I'm almost more anxious when I have a good night
because I worry that it won't last. I guess my point is that once
you've had a little bit of success, sometimes it's harder to deal with
the bad nights because it makes you a little crazy wondering what
you did "right" on the good nights, etc. By the way, I slept very well
last night. Your email really helped to calm me down.
