Posted by sekum on October 23, 2006 at 09:14:18:Instead of using medication every night, try using it every 4th night. Maybe a benzo on the first 4th night, and then a zoplicone the next 4th night. Try using two or three different sleeping pills form 2 or 3 different drug families every 3rd or 4th night. This way there is less chance of addiction and loss of effectiveness. The pharmacist told me I won’t get addicted nor will it lose its effectivness if I use every 4th night, especially so when alternating between different drug families. If you are using medication from 2 different drug families you could probably use every 3rd night, that way you are using that particular medication only once every 6 days. Keep a careful track on your calendar, and check it out with your own pharmacist.
