Hanging in there with the sleep

Posted by Casablanca on October 23, 2006 at 19:52:59:

Hi Friends, I am continuing to do fairly well with the sleep despite the fact that I have other things to worry about now. As you know, had the lumpectomy last Tuesday. Everything came out great, but got the pathology report today and it says that it is an aggressive cancer and I might need to do chemotherapy as well.

And here I am worrying about a bit of sleep medication!!! Anyway, I know I am sleeping better because I have licked the anxiety part of it and am so grateful to this board.

Also, I am wondering that I have more and bigger things to think about now, that I am not paying much attention to insomnia. Could be. Wish you all a very good night. Casablanca
