Posted by dizzylyd1 on October 25, 2006 at 08:53:48:Two nights ago I thought about why the light wasn't helping me from my jetlag from our vacation on the West Coast. It was because I wasn't using it long enough. I increased the
duration from 25 minutes to 40 minutes. Well.... two nights ago I slept 5 1/2 hours and last night I slept over 6. It's such a blessing. My psychiatrist told me that not too many people know about this healer. My bright light is the best healer of all. Since I don't get much sunlight, it is my sun in the evening, which helps me produce the right hormones at the right time of the night. I can't stress this enough to you all. Drugs are the quick simple fix, but with side effects. This treatment has no side effects and is a natural antidepressant. Being that I have been on Paxil for the past 14 years, this is an astounding
feat for me!
