I wish I had a good solution on what to do on those nights when you can’t sleep, but I don’t. The only suggestion I can give is to stay away from negative thinking, especially at night. If you let the mind run rampant you will just make matters worse. Although I don’t sleep well I get by. I can still function the next day. I make myself as comfortable as I can. I meditate on my breath. I try to think thoughts that generate happy feelings, and think at least I will get a good sleep every 3rd night.
