Hi,

You mentioned that you are probably going back on an anti-depressant next week. Perhaps if you went on one with a sedating effect, you wouldn't need sleeping pills. It seems to me that you should probably get your depression/anxiety under control first. Sleeping pills are not the magic bullet. It's my opinion -- and only my opinion -- that they are fine to use if you need them once and awhile, but I question their effectiveness for chronic cases. You mentioned that you've used Rozerem and that it didn't help. That's not surprising, because it's a lighter drug and doesn't have the knock-out effect of an Ambiem CR or Lunesta. Hope this helps.
