Sova...I was thinking, after I posted, how much progress you have made for this to be your last hurdle...it's really been 2 solid years for me to get back to "normal" sleep. I accept that I will never be someone who can stay up late and party with impunity, and I pick my activities accordingly. If the music is worth it, then enjoy it!
