Optimistic, I agree with Bob. I don't think it is productive to obsess about it. I know people who claim they only need 4 hours a night, but I know that's less than half of what I need. It's more productive to STOP THINKING ABOUT SLEEP and focus on something else.
People with anxiety tend to seek a lot of reassurance but it usually doesn't work in the long run. Really. Find something else to research, it will be more helpful.
