Optimistic,
I am back at work (disability was denied) and I sleep an average now of 2 hrs a night. In early January it was 2 hrs...then 3 hrs average and now back to 2 hrs. I do rest (zone out) at night and I lie down during the day (but no sleep) for 30 minutes or so in the p.m.. I have a full time job. I've gone on with my life..it's not easy by any means but doable.
Chris
