I agree with Bob about the books he recommended.
I can't tell you how much both books helped me.

I use CBT but occasionally need some Ambien after a couple of nights when nothing seems to help. I'm doing so much better though and still enjoy going back to my books when I feel the need.

I purchase many books at Sandman's book store here on sleepnet since it is difficult for me to get out and as a rule I receive my purchases with-in a couple of days. I noticed just recently he has added a lot of other sleep items that I'm interested in.
