I am so sorry you are having to go through such a horrendous time. Insomnia is living hell and no one seems to be able to help really.
PLease if you have a spare ten minutes read my post ( Chronic Insomniacs please read: Posted by Lu about a month ago).
It is very long but I really think that you will benefit from reading it.
I had soul destroying insomnia for a decade and accompanying helath problems. I am now sleeping perfectly every night. I never ever thought that I would sleep unaided again and think like a 'normal' person about going to ed.
