I would give it a while before you increase the dose. When I first started taking it, it worked great and then gradually (after 3 months or so) it stopped working as well. I increased the dose as high as 30 mg before I realized that the dose wasn't the issue, the issue was that I needed to do more CBT and address some areas of my life that needed changing. Now that I've addressed those other areas of concern, 7.5 works great for me. Give it a few weeks at least, and make sure you are looking at the other things that may be causing your insomnia. Otherwise, you get into the trap of thinking that meds are the whole cure and expecting them to work wonderfully every night.
