I told you I'd be back to report on the CBT therapy. I have found that, for my case, it isn't especially useful. I cannot have my sleep structured 'yet' since I don't have enough 'sleep' to consolidate (which is what CBT actually does...you structure sleep so you sleep more deeply). I need so much 'prone' rest because of weak adrenals that I can't wait to go to bed...too worn out after work.
