Thanks for the kind words, Tom. I agree with your thoughts and tied in with this is living in the present. We worry so much about the future or the past that we forget now is the the precious present.
Worry certainly affects my sleep. Worry about how not sleeping will affect me in the next day or in the future. I think that is why meditation helps to relax us. It helps us to stay in the present and to focus that right here, right now is the best place and time.
