Sorry for posting twice about SR new to these message boards and really computers. I have bought Mind over Mood to try and learn how to be more positive. The thing I don't understand is I can be practicing positive thoughts have really good amounts of time sleeping better, and no new negative thoughts and then out of the blue the waking up or not being able to get to sleep starts up again, and I don't know what I did wrong.
