Self knowledge

Posted by echo tech on February 26, 2007 at 11:02:32:

I totally agree that the cure to this problem lies within yourself, I have had stretches where I have done very well almost back to normal, not worrying about sleep in the least and then out of the blue it comes back. I wonder what I did wrong, it seems that all my anxiety was gone, what happened? Right now I am going thru a rough patch, I guess I need to get back to square one and try to revamp my thoughts, but it is so discouraging. I am trying CBT or at least the thought part again, writing every so often trying to reprogram my thoughts, so hopefully I can get on the right path again. My question say I have a thought at bedtime I try to change do the deep breathing, tell myself this will, pass and the sleeplessness continues,, anything else I can try?
