Anxious - I also started taking Remeron about a month ago and it is working beautifully for me too. I was disenchanted with the fact that it wouldn't last for more than 3 months from Cairo. I should think everyone's body is different though. I also take 7.5 mg. I hope and pray I don't have to go up in the dose. If I do, I will only go up to 15 and, if that stops working, I will discontinue and look for more natural ways to do this. I guess I would go back to using my bright light. That was helping too for awhile. I have given it up now while the Remeron is working so well.
