When you say that you're not getting any stage 3 or 4 sleep, do you know that from your sleep study? If so, that can happen in a strange and unfamiliar environment, such as a sleep study setting, with the electrodes, etc. (It happened to me, too.) Or do you have other evidence that you regularly skip stages 3 and 4? If that's the case, no wonder you feel as tired as you do.
What have your doctors said?
