Last night i just tried telling myself that this is just anxiety, sleep will come, and I'll get bye. I didn't feel like I slept very much and I took a little too much ambien which didn't put back to sleep, but I suprisingly feel pretty good today, maybe just recognizing the anxiety as the culprit helps.
