Well, that's the key, believing it will get better.
I felt similar frustration with doctors...since I also have a graduate degree in social work and have been a clinician for 16 years, I KNOW depression when I see it. There is more research emerging that the depression may be caused by the insomnia rather than vice versa. I fought the depression diagnosis from day one...on a positive note, it has helped me to learn to LISTEN to my patients rather than just give them a rubber stamp diagnosis.
