Yes nosleep - I did not feel drowsy during my bout with the anxiety. I became a new person when I read some of the self-help books about not dying from lack of sleep. It turned my life around and I am not anxious anymore. Do yourself a big favor and read those self-help books. One of them is "Say Goodnight to Insomnia." They taught me to think positively and forget about the anxiety. If I don't sleep one night, I'll sleep the next. I still take medication, but only 7.5 mg. of Remeron. That seems to just take the edge off right before bedtime. I also read in a dark room with a booklight and that helps considerably. Good luck!
