Also, Gurucci, please find some self-help books on the subject and you will probably find that lack of sleep won't kill you. We fear that and, also, the fact that we will feel lousy the next day. However, we cannot let ourselves think ahead with negative thoughts. Once I found out I wouldn't die from the lack of sleep, I was on the road to recovery and I owe it all to a friend of mine that gave me this book to read about the insomnia - it is called "Say Goodnight to Insomnia." Good luck!
