I just watched it. It is on the Today Show website. She did look good, even though she felt she didn't. And it said tranquilizers and sleeping pills don't work for her. She has a little baby so has to get up for the baby. The overall segment is pro meds I thought. The doctor said sleeping pills are not "addictive". That is not a good thing for her to say. They are addictive and very hard to stop. Obviously she's never had to stop them after longterm use herself. Just my experience.
