Thanks nightowl. I tried taking 5-HTP a few weeks back. It helped make me sleepy but same thing, the moment I get to bed, the sleepiness fades and I can just lay down half-asleep for the rest of the night. I trying to take in some Valerian supplement these days and hope it helps. I wish something really dramatic will come out to solve the "insomnia mystery" pointblank. I know that a lot of people suffer from this "ailness" and lots of lives will improve if it can be cured. Keeping my fingers crossed...
