I think Jacobs really played down the part about how easy it is to come off the sleeping pills. The lady stopped taking Ativan after years and slept fine. Hmmmm. He should have used a few more examples, like imovane and ambien. I like his book a lot and everything but he makes it sound too easy. I take half an imovane and I might as well be taking a candy, no effect at all. Thank you Elsinore for your daily report above. I find this very interesting. I read Claire Weekes book and her floating advice. It helps. Last night I was up until 4 even with 1 1/2 imovane. There is no point in even taking it.
