Wishsong, yes, I walk every day from 30 minutes to one hour. Twice a week I also swim for about 45 minutes. Sometimes I go to the Mall in the afternoon (because it is too hot to walk outside) and I do a couple of rounds there.
I know exercise is very important in many ways, but that it does affect sleep as well. Dr. Jacobs in his book Say Goodnight to Insomnia, goes into the exercise part in detail. So even when I am really tired, I go for my walk. It is always a positive thing. Casablanca
