So far I have not come across something that could be helpful for anxiety and insomnia. Of course, I have just read a few pages.
If anybody has read it and finds something in it helpful, I would sure like to know.
I couldn't go to sleep last night until about 12:30. I woke up about 4:45. That was the end of my night. Couldn't fall asleep again to catch another hour. I feel very tired.
However, I got up at 6:45. I know that lingering in bed won't help and the earlier I get up in the morning the more sleep debt I accumulate and maybe this will help me tonight.
So I am just hanging in there. That is all I can do. I know it could be worse. Wish you all a good day. Looking forward to your posts. Casablanca
