I have had insomnia for about 4 years, mainly maintenance insomnia. I discovered this forum about a year ago and it's been really helpful for me.
I've made steady progress for the last year, my sleep has definitely improved, but there is still a way to go. Some nights are fine, but some I wake up feeling very unrefreshed.
A friend recommended some special kind of B vitamin called methycobalamin, I just wondered if any readers had any exp with that.
Also, someone else recommended some hypnosis CDs. I'm not sure if they're applicable for me cause I don't really have a problem going off to sleep. I don't really have a problem getting back to sleep when I wake up much anymore (i used to ) but I just feel that my sleep is very light and not always refreshing.
