Really Suffering

I have had two bad weeks now after slipping back into full fledged insomnia. I took 3.5 Remeron the night before last and it actually did help me. But I took the same amount last night and it seemed like I was half awake all night.

It is really getting to me. I am starting to feel depressed and unwell.

Now I am reviewing what I haven't tried yet, or what I might try again. 1) Biofeedback; 2) Light Boxes.

When I go through these kinds of stretches, even being around people is hard. I feel like there is a big hole in my stomach area.

Even reading Gregg Jacobs' book doesn't seem to help anymore. Maybe I should write a whole bunch of new positive sleep thoughts.

I read the books, relax with tapes, walk every day, pray, tell myself that I just am scaring myself with my own thoughts. I am caught in a web and can't get out.

Any thoughts would be really appreciated. Thanks so much. Casablanca
